So, almost two weeks after start of New Year, New Me project, I have realized I did not set up any goals. According to all the articles talking about losing weight, setting up a goal is a key to success - and I do not want to fuck it up from the beginning.
So, currently I have 82kg. I would like to get to 60kilos in theory, but I do not think it is possible to lose so much in a short time. So by the end of April, I would like to get down 5 kilos.
GOAL no.1 - to lose 5 kilos until 1.5.2016
How to achieve this?
Well, first of all, I will continue not eating shit. I have been really good at it this past weeks, so I do not think it will be that hard anymore. I am starting to feel bit better, starting to see small improvements - or just hoping to see them? But what I think is important are strict guidlines: no mayo or tatarka, no fried or fat food, no white bread, limit pasta consumption. No sweets, cakes or sweet sodas. NO SECRET EATING. I think it could work like this. And in my idea, it is allowed to have 1 bad food of above in LIMITED AMOUNT per week - that means no potatoes with kilo of mayo, just a bit. In any way, this can never turn against me - per day there must be 4-5 small courses (the key word here is portion control - not overeating!!!) per day, controling I have enough proteins, fiber, not too much fat and not too much sugar. But never anymore skipping meals.
Apart from eating clean, I need to also WORK OUT. For now it seems ok to do the 7min APP workout and ABS workout. Continue in this daily. If possible, run the stairs. Once adjusted to more physical activity (around end of FEB), I should add some video workout as well. The important here is to NOT GIVE UP WHEN LAZY OR PAIN!!! I know I can make it this time.
How to follow up?
I guess I should get a weight in order to follow up with the above goal. That sounds reasonable:-). In any case, I should also measure myself on weekly basis, to control the progress. Maybe even photo-prove would be good, just to make sure, but we will see on that.
Price for success
I guess I should motivate myself here. Once the goal is reached by the 1.5.2016, I can start making summer holiday plans.
GOAL no.2 - to lose 15 kilos until 31.12.2016

Uh, I know, this will be hard. But I can make it. The picture is from... well... I really do not know, but I think it can be like 2010-2011. I would like to look like that again. I know it will be hard, but I can make it. My goal in this year is to get flat tummy and skinnier arms. It will be a long journey, actually, I think it will be the rest of my life of different lifestyle, but I am strong. I do not want to die of heartattack or diabetes in 35.
How to achieve this?
Well, I guess all above still in place. I think that over time, I will have to add more excercises - video, or jogging - that will be determined at the end of April, I guess. Eating rules still apply.
How to follow up?
Again, still the same as above.
Price for success
Here I would like to be more specific. I would very much like to remove my double-chin. I have learned this can be done by chin liposuction. In case I am able to lose 15 kilos and still feel the need of doing so, this will be my first price. The second and main price is the BALI trip. I hereby swear, that if I manage to lose 15 kilos by end of 2016, I will be allowed to go to Bali.
So, here it goes. I will keep updating with the success stories.
