So, yesterday after gym I went to check my weight, after two months from the last time. And I was devastated.


1st July 2015 - 78,4kg, fat % 36,1. 27th August 2015 - 77,9kg, fat % 36,5. WHAT? So the two months of working out did NOTHING to my body? I mean, I feel bit thiner, BF tells me he see I m skinnier, but I was hoping it would show a bit on the weight or at least on the fat percentage... But this is really a bummer.


So I decided I need to go more extreme. I was too benevolent with the diet, and to be honest, I maybe had way too many cheat days. So from now on, there are no cheat days, apart from Fridays. And only if I was a good girl the whole previous week. There will be no excuse - three times per week gym - Monday step aerobics and piloxing, Tuesday body styling and spinning and Thursday Fit Girls. And optionaly Sunday Body Styling. Plus every moment I can on threadmill. OH yes. And at home I will be doing the Jillian Michaels workout.


What the hell is wrong with me? I want to get skinnier. I really do. So why is it so hard?


Oh yes, above all of it, I will start learning italian.
